Negroni cocktail: how to prepare it

Negroni cocktail: how to prepare it

The Negroni is a classic in the world of cocktails, and its enduring appeal stems from a single reason: it rarely disappoints because it uses few, well-known ingredients. Yet, with subtle variations, it can become a completely new drink.

What should the perfect Negroni cocktail recipe be?

In the following version of the Negroni, the ingredients are in equal parts and served in a short glass with ice and garnished with an orange slice. This is the classic recipe:/p>.

In a large mixing glass, add ice to chill the drink. Combine the ingredients for your Negroni and stir with a small spoon (a cocktail spoon is more elegant). Place a large ice cube in a short glass and pour in the mixture. Garnish with half a thinly peeled orange slice, removing the white pith.

Now it's ready to drink. Put on your favorite music and sit back to enjoy it with small sips.
