These pancakes can be made in just 10 minutes! They're fluffy and light

Pancakes made with Bieluch natural cheese are fluffy and light. You can add any fruit or pieces of dark chocolate to them. They're perfect for breakfast or as a sweet snack.

Ingredients · Servings 1-2 people
  • 150 g of natural cheese, e.g. Bieluch
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil for frying
  • A pinch of cinnamon
Method · 15 min
  1. Combine the egg with the cream cheese and maple syrup. Mix thoroughly. Then add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon, and mix again.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Use a spoon to drop batter into the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Serve the pancakes with fruit, drizzled with maple syrup or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
