  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Juice of half a lemon

How to Make a Delicious Bone Marrow Soup?

  • To make a delicious bone broth, first place 500 grams of bone marrow in a pot. Add enough water to cover the bones and the juice of one lemon. You can also add bay leaves for flavor if desired.
  • Place the pot on the stove and bring the bones to a boil. Skim off any foam that forms on the surface with a spoon. Cook until the bones are thoroughly cooked and have released their flavor and marrow into the broth.
  • For the dressing, in a separate bowl, whisk together 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, and 3 tablespoons of flour until smooth.
  • Add 3 cloves of crushed garlic and the juice of half a lemon to the mixture and stir well.
  • To prevent the marinade from curdling, take a ladleful of the boiling bone broth and slowly add it to the marinade, stirring constantly. Then add another ladleful to warm the marinade.
  • While slowly pouring the lukewarm marinade into the pot, stir the soup continuously. Ensure the marinade is completely incorporated into the soup. Then add the salt.
  • Let's cook the soup for a few more minutes, stirring constantly. Once it thickens and becomes homogeneous, turn off the heat.
  • If you wish, you can drizzle red pepper flakes heated in butter over it when serving. Serve hot. Your seasoned bone broth is ready. Enjoy!
