  • 250 grams of minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices of stale bread crumbs
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley (chopped)
  • 1 onion (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of mint

How to Make Cypriot Meatballs?
