Even a world-famous model can't resist this dish!

Gigi Hadid is one of the most famous models today. To stay in shape, she avoids carbohydrates and exercises regularly. However, she occasionally indulges in a hamburger or pasta. A while ago, she shared her favorite recipe for penne alla vodka, pasta served in a creamy tomato sauce with a touch of vodka.

Ingredients

250 g penne pasta

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

50 ml of 30% cream

80 g Parmesan cheese

1 shallot

2 cloves of garlic

1-2 tablespoons of vodka

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Hot paprika powder

Sun

pepper

Cook the pasta al dente in lightly salted water. When cooked, drain, reserving half a cup (about 120 ml) of the pasta cooking water.

Finely dice the shallot and garlic, and grate the Parmesan cheese using a grater.

Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion and add the garlic. After a minute, add the tomato paste, stirring occasionally, and cook for about 5 minutes.

After the time has passed, add the vodka and cream and simmer for 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and chili pepper.

Add 60g of Parmesan cheese and the reserved pasta cooking water. Mix thoroughly and remove from heat.

Combine the pasta with the sauce, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
