Sausages grilled in the oven
Bavarian sausages are a must at any barbecue. Rub them with a mixture of barbecue spices and if the weather is not so kind, you can grill them in the oven and remind yourself of summer comfort at the grill even in winter.

- 1 package of Bavarian sausages
- oil
- barbecue spices
Method · 15 min
- Mix the oil with the grilling spices. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Put a little water in the baking dish and place it under the oven rack.
- Place the sausages on the grill and brush with the spice and oil mixture.
- Bake briskly, depending on how everyone likes it. Turn and baste continuously.
