  • 200 g mushrooms
  • a handful of fresh oregano leaves
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of semi-coarse flour
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • about 1.5 dl milk
  • pepper
  • salt
Method · 30 min
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. The dough should have a thicker consistency, let it stand for 10 minutes.
