Cottage cheese spread with chives

Cottage cheese spread with chives

Cottage cheese is a great base for making a spread. Adjust the consistency with a little yogurt, add garlic and chives to give the spread its flavor. Finally, season the spread with a boiled egg and season with salt and pepper.

Ingredients · Servings 1 dose
  • 250 g cottage cheese (in a tub)
  • 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • chive
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground pepper (to taste)
Method · 24 min
  1. Before we start with the spread, we boil one egg. Boil it for 9 minutes, let it cool, then peel and chop it.
  2. Peel and crush the garlic clove. Chop the chives.
  3. Prepare a bowl and add cottage cheese, plain yogurt, crushed garlic clove, and chopped chives.
  4. Add the boiled and chopped eggs to the spread. Mix everything thoroughly and finally season with salt and pepper to taste.
