Brownie

Brownie

Brownie is a popular American dessert in which you can enjoy the full taste of chocolate. The preparation is easy and quick, so even beginners can handle it. When baked correctly, it is firm on the surface and moist on the inside. We can complement it with ice cream or a little yogurt or whipped cream.

Ingredients · Servings 1 sheet
  • 180 g dark chocolate
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g granulated sugar
  • 45 g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • grease for removing molds
Method · 45 min
  1. Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath.
  2. Mix the eggs with the granulated sugar and add to the chocolate mixture.
  3. Finally, add the flour with baking powder and mix.
  4. Line the mold with baking paper and grease it.
  5. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for approximately 25 minutes.
  6. The cake is baked if it is firm and dry on top and moist inside (as if undercooked).
  7. After removing from the oven, let it cool in the pan. Once cooled, cut it.
