Cauliflower with beer and honey

Cauliflower with beer and honey

I mix oil, honey, ketchup, chopped rosemary, crushed garlic, soy sauce, beer and pour it over the cauliflower and bake for about 7 minutes. I also added mashed potatoes.

Ingredients · Servings 4
  • 1 cauliflower
  • plain flour and
  • milk for the batter (amount depending on the size of the cauliflower)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 5 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 dl dark beer
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • fresh rosemary
Method · 45 min
  1. I divide the cauliflower into small florets and coat them in batter. I make this from milk, flour and salt. I put it in a baking dish and bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  2. I prepare a marinade: I mix oil, honey, ketchup, chopped rosemary, crushed garlic, soy sauce, beer and pour it over the cauliflower and bake for about 7 minutes. I added mashed potatoes to it.
