For Tahini Shakshuka:

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 eggplants
  • 1 cup strained yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves of grated garlic (optional)
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For the Tahini Shakshuka Topping:

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder

For Frying Vegetables:

How to Make Tahini Shakshuka?
