If you really don't like raspberries, try this dessert for breakfast, you'll soon change your mind

The true magic of pastry making lies in its ability to let you savor different flavors and foods you don't usually enjoy eating, like raspberries... Which is why I thought it would be a good idea to suggest this recipe to you.

Since the weekend is finally here, we can indulge in something incredibly delicious like a dessert for breakfast. You can make it yourself, and it becomes an even more wonderful treat to indulge in in the morning.

A practical example to illustrate what we're talking about is, not surprisingly, raspberry tart, a fruit that many people don't usually enjoy eating but which lends itself perfectly to numerous recipes. This one can be made in 10 minutes and is ready to serve.

If you really can't eat raspberries, try this recipe.

Some time ago, I also had trouble eating raspberries, but luckily I tasted raspberry jam, and it opened up a world of sweet recipes you can make. In fact, the first experiment I tried in this regard was making a raspberry tart. To make it, you'll only need the following ingredients:

250 grams of flour, 125 grams of sugar, One whole egg and one yolk, One teaspoon of baking powder, A pinch of salt, Raspberry jam.

I'll reveal to you right away how to prepare the perfect breakfast with tart

Let's start making our tart with the pastry. Remove the butter from the refrigerator at least half an hour beforehand so it becomes softer and more pliable. Meanwhile, combine the egg and egg yolk in a bowl. Then, using a fork, combine the egg and egg yolk with the sugar, then add the chopped butter. Then, gradually add the flour and a teaspoon of baking powder and work the pastry until it forms a smooth, compact dough.

Once the dough is ready, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. After this time, take it out and roll out the shortcrust pastry, which will then be shaped into a previously greased and floured round baking pan. Don't forget to set aside a little pastry for decoration, whether you want to roll it out to completely cover the steak or make classic strips.

After perfectly shaping the shortcrust pastry into your pan, we're ready to add the raspberry jam and then create the tart topping. Now, we're ready to bake, and our tart will need to bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes... Serve it completely cold or still warm, and your breakfast will be absolutely irresistible.
