Oatmeal with pear and cheese

Oatmeal with pear and cheese

Gather all the ingredients for oatmeal with pear and cheese. I prefer to use slow-cooking oatmeal for this porridge.

Pour milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. You can dilute the milk with water 1:1. Add the oats, reduce the heat, and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.

I prefer to add salt to my porridge. But some people like their porridge sweeter, so add either, according to your taste.

Once the porridge is ready, add a piece of butter and grated Parmesan cheese.

Cover the pan with a lid and let the porridge steam for a bit.

Meanwhile, heat a frying pan with a knob of butter. Slice the pear into slices approximately 3-4 mm thick and lightly fry.

Place the porridge in a bowl.

Place pear slices on top. You can add seeds or any nuts if desired. I used hemp seeds for decoration.

Serve oatmeal with pear and cheese warm.

Bon appetit and delicious breakfasts to you.
