How to Make Marble Cake?

We cream together room temperature butter and sugar. We add the eggs one at a time, continuing to whisk after each addition.

We add the milk and cream. Then we add the flour, baking powder, cornstarch, and vanilla and mix with a spatula.

We take half of the cake mixture into a separate bowl, add the cocoa powder, and mix it.

We grease the cake pan thoroughly. We add the cake batter, alternating between the cocoa and vanilla mixtures.

We use a knife to create patterns on our cake to give it a marbled texture.

We bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes. The marble cake is ready. Enjoy!
