Avocado cream cheese with cucumber, dill and mint

This spread brings freshness to any bread: our version of guacamole with cream cheese, cucumber, dill and mint.

Ingredients · Servings Ingredients for 4
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 medium-sized salad cucumber
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 175 g double cream cheese
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
Method · 15 min
  1. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon. Peel and finely chop the garlic, and pluck the dill and mint leaves from their stems. Place everything in a tall container along with the cream cheese and lime juice, and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
  2. Peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds with a small spoon. Dice the halves and fold them into the avocado and cream cheese mixture. Season the dip generously with salt and cayenne pepper.
