Banana-coffee mix, a step-by-step recipe with photos from Svetlana Gorbunenko

Ingredients · Servings 3
  • medium-sized banana – 1 pc.
  • Demerara brown sugar – 2 tsp.
  • ice cream - 150 g
  • cream liqueur (optional) – 2 tbsp.
  • bitter cocoa powder – 3 pinches
  • ground coffee – 2 heaped teaspoons
  • Milk
Method · 15 min
  1. Brew coffee using 2 teaspoons of coffee per 220 ml of water, adding sugar. Strain through a fine sieve.
  2. Blend the ice cream with the banana in a blender. Pour in the cold coffee, liqueur, and half the milk, and blend until smooth. Add the remaining milk and blend until stiff peaks form.
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with cocoa powder.
