Ingredients:
- 250g Feta Cheese
- 50 ml Honey
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 Figs
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup of olives
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Shall
- Toasted bread to accompany
Preparation:
- This recipe is simple and easy to prepare; in less than 30 minutes, you'll have an ideal option to share with your friends at that special dinner.
- Place the block of feta cheese in an ovenproof dish.
- Coat the block of feta cheese with olive oil.
- Sprinkle some finely chopped fresh rosemary on top.
- Fill the sides of this container with cherry tomatoes and halved olives.
- Top with slices of fresh fig.
- Cover with plenty of black pepper and salt.
- Finally, pour a drizzle of olive oil on top.
- Bake for at least 15 minutes at 180°C.
- Remove from the oven and cover the entire preparation with honey. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Give it time to cool before eating, serve with toasted bread and enjoy a delicious snack.
