From Valencia for Valencia, launches a call for aid for those affected by the DANA storm

From Valencia for Valencia, launches a call for aid for those affected by the DANA storm

Desde Valencia Para Valencia offers aid of up to €10,000 to people affected by the DANA storm in Valencia, with minors in their care, to resume their professional, commercial or business activity.

Those interested can apply for assistance through the website www.desdevalenciaparavalencia.com. This initiative will help approximately 400 people, including self-employed individuals, shopkeepers, and small business owners, to resume their activities after the devastating effects of the disaster.

The call for applications is open until December 31st or until the funds raised through various charity dinners held in Spain and several world capitals are exhausted. These dinners, along with those organized by participating restaurants and initiatives like Mesa 0, have mobilized the solidarity of civil society and businesses. The grants will be up to €10,000 per recipient and will be awarded on a case-by-case basis, with nominations and no repayment required, to ensure that the resources reach those who need them most.

How to apply for help?

Transparency guaranteed

Bureau Veritas, a world-leading inspection and certification company, will conduct an audit process to verify the transparency of the management processes for distributing aid from the funds raised in the "From Valencia for Valencia" initiative.

Ricard Camarena, Begoña Rodrigo and Quique Dacosta are leading this solidarity action together with the Valencian Association of Entrepreneurs (AVE).
