COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS — STK Steakhouse added live entertainment to its Sunday brunch. Upcoming talent includes a DJ violinist, singer, and saxophonist. Brunch at STK includes truffle wagyu flat iron steak, lobster and eggs Benedict, and cinnamon French toast, along with $35 bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys.

DOWNTOWN — The Black Pearl now serves brunch at Vegas Test Kitchen on Saturdays and Sundays. Dishes include a yogurt parfait, chorizo avocado toast, chilaquiles, barbacoa tatemado Benny, French toast, and bottomless mimosas, bloody Marys, and rosé. Brunch runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. [EaterWire].

EASTSIDE — Siegel’s Bagelmania received permission from the Nevada Gaming Control Board to turn on the bar-top gaming located at the restaurant’s full bar.
