Osteria alla Concorrenza, Milan. In a grueling cycle of events and closures, hearing about new openings seems like a mirage. Yet now it's official: Diego Rossi di Trippa is opening his second location in Porta Venezia. The restaurant is called Osteria alla Concorrenza.

Vintage signs and furnishings with a few ironic touches for this place that the chef opened in partnership with Enricomaria Porta, who will be the host here ready to welcome guests and advise them on the ideal wine, and Josef Khattabi, already founder of Kanpai.

What will you eat at Osteria alla Concorrenza in Milan? The real star, as we've said, will be the wine recommended by Enricomaria. But from behind the counter, simple (only a small microwave is available) and tasty options will be served that pay homage to local traditions, from tongue to nervetti salad. There will also be preserves, cheeses and cured meats, and horse tartare.
