From all the recipes received, the 6 finalists have been selected who will present their creation to compete for the Best Flan in the World award at Madrid Fusion 2026.

The jury, made up of professionals from the gastronomy sector and gastronomic journalism, will proclaim a single winner on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, during the second day of the world's most influential gastronomy congress.
The winner will receive the title of Champion of the best flan in the world, receiving a prize from Huevos Redondo which will consist of: €1000 and a dinner for two people at Quique Dacosta's Restaurant in the Mandarin Oriental Ritz (Madrid).
