TheFork Manager launches its second update

TheFork Manager launches its second update

TheFork Manager, Europe's leading restaurant management software, is launching its second update of the year.

These new features will now allow all restaurant owners to be more efficient with each service, while also securing their revenue. To protect against no-shows, TheFork is implementing credit card pre-authorization, in addition to its existing features. This system verifies the validity of a customer's card before they even arrive.

On the other hand, all marketing campaigns are now centralized so that restaurant owners can implement the most effective campaigns for their establishment. "The tool provides optimized content, automatic setup, and intelligent budget management—all from a single platform," emphasizes TheFork. Finally, the caller recognition assistant makes its debut. This allows restaurants to immediately display the customer's reservation history, preferences, and contact information as soon as they call. Restaurant owners thus save 30 seconds per reservation and can personalize the customer experience to foster greater loyalty.

TheFork goes even further and has developed additional features such as an overview of a group of restaurants' performance; a "Cross-sell" function to suggest a restaurant when their first choice is full; and finally, the addition of new languages. TheFork Manager now supports 10 languages, including Simplified Chinese. NG
