Hash Kitchen Debuts Summer Menu with Loaded Waters and BBQ-Inspired Brunch Favorites

Summer is in full swing at Hash Kitchen, and the brunch destination is celebrating with a limited-time lineup of vibrant seasonal items designed for long weekends, leisurely lunches and gathering with friends beginning July 1.

“Summer gives everyone an excuse to loosen up a little, and that’s what this menu is all about,”

True to Hash Kitchen’s bigger-is-better brunch philosophy, the brand’s newest menu combines comfort-food favorites with bright, fruit-forward offerings that capture the spirit of the season.

Making a splash on the menu are Hash Kitchen’s new Loaded Waters, the brand’s refreshing take on agua frescas that can be enjoyed as-is or spiked for an extra kick. Seasonal flavors include Watermelon Lime, made with watermelon juice, lime juice and a chamoy-Tajín rim, and Pineapple Mango Coconut, featuring fresh pineapple and mango juice blended with coconut water. For a nostalgic sip of summer, The Kool-Aid Man blends fruit punch Kool-Aid, house rum, Parrot Bay rum and pineapple juice.

The seasonal menu also delivers the over-the-top, bold dishes Hash Kitchen is known for in a crave-worthy lineup of limited-time creations:

  • Suh-weet BBQ Pork Hash: Smashed potatoes topped with cheddar cheese, BBQ-braised pork, crispy onions, sour cream and chives for a smoky, savory spin on Hash Kitchen’s signature dish.
  • Suh-weet BBQ Pork Sammie: Pulled BBQ pork piled onto a hoagie bun with jalapeño cabbage slaw, served alongside fries. A sandwich made specifically for warm-weather cravings.
  • GIULIANA’S Blue Dream Bowl: Blue dream spirulina blended with fresh fruit, granola and peanut butter for a vibrant, feel-good option that brings a little balance to the brunch table.

“Summer gives everyone an excuse to loosen up a little, and that’s what this menu is all about,” said Executive Chef Joey Maggiore, founder of Hash Kitchen. “Dive into bold BBQ dishes, sip on a Loaded Water or stay a little longer with friends — every visit to Hash Kitchen should feel like a celebration.”

With weekday hours from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and extended weekend hours from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., guests have even more time to enjoy Hash Kitchen’s signature brunch experience and soak up the sun, one sip at a time.

Guests can also earn rewards with HK Pass, Hash Kitchen’s loyalty program that offers exclusive perks, discounts and experiences for members. Download now through the App Store or Google Play to start racking up points and unlocking passholder-only rewards.

The new menu will be available at participating locations through September.
