Non-alcoholic green tea drink with jasmine, raspberry, and almond

Green tea with jasmine, raspberry, and almond is a non-alcoholic cocktail perfect for after dinner on a summer evening, even in place of dessert.

Ingredients
  • 35 ml bevanda alla mandorla non zuccherata
  • 10 g foglie di tè verde al gelsomino
  • 6-7 lamponi
  • 1 grosso cubo di ghiaccio
  • miele di acacia
Method
  1. Mettete in infusione le foglie di tè in 100 ml di acqua fredda fino a quando non avranno rilasciato profumo e sapore, ci vorranno almeno 30 minuti.
  2. Pestate delicatamente in un bicchiere i lamponi.
  3. Filtrate il tè al gelsomino e versatene 40 ml nel bicchiere con i lamponi pestati, mescolate bene.
  4. Conservate il resto del tè in frigo in attesa di preparare un secondo drink.
  5. Dolcificate la bevanda alla mandorla con miele di acacia.
  6. Distribuite il tè con i lamponi in un bicchiere basso con il cubo di ghiaccio e completate aggiungendo delicatamente la bevanda di mandorla, in questo modo si otterrà un bellissimo effetto marmorizzato.
  7. Questo cocktail analcolico è ottimo servito dopo una cena, anche al posto del dolce.

A non-alcoholic cocktail with green tea

Green tea is poured over mashed raspberries, topped with an ice cube and a honey-sweetened almond drink for a marbled effect. The recipe is by Elton Zeqiraj, who was born in Albania and moved to Sicily at a young age, eventually settling in Turin.

Procedure

  • Step 1: Steep the tea leaves in 100 ml of cold water until they release their aroma and flavor, which will take at least 30 minutes. Step 2: Gently muddle the raspberries in a glass. Step 3: Strain the jasmine tea and pour 40 ml into the glass with the muddled raspberries, stirring well. Step 4: Keep the remaining tea in the refrigerator until you're ready to make a second drink. Step 5: Sweeten the almond drink with acacia honey. Step 6: Pour the tea and raspberries into a low glass with an ice cube and gently pour in the almond drink, creating a beautiful marbled effect. Step 7: This non-alcoholic cocktail is excellent served after dinner, even in place of dessert.
