Najjar RAQWA Q2 earns three global recognitions at world coffee innovation awards 2026

Lebanese coffee innovation takes center stage as Najjar RAQWA Q2 receives international recognition across coffee, brewing and technology categories.

“We are proud to be able to write a small chapter in Lebanon’s history, a chapter that is now being read globally,”

Najjar RAQWA Q2 has earned three international recognitions at the World Coffee Innovation Awards 2026, highlighting Lebanon’s growing contribution to coffee innovation. Developed from Lebanon’s deep-rooted coffee culture, the product reflects years of innovation, perseverance and determination. The Najjar RAQWA Q2 was named Winner in the Coffee Machine category and Winner in Brewing Innovation. It also secured second place in Technology Innovation, giving the Lebanese product three distinctions at the international awards.

For Alain Dibo, GM of Café Najjar and Krikita, the achievement carries a deeper meaning for Lebanon and its innovators. “We are proud to be able to write a small chapter in Lebanon’s history, a chapter that is now being read globally,” he said. “At that same launch, I also mentioned that our dream and ambition is to make Lebanese coffee a global trend. Today, backed by these awards and the industry experts who validated our vision, this achievement stands as a proud moment for Lebanon. Despite all the challenges we are facing in Lebanon, we have learned how to be resilient, and this achievement stems directly from that resilience.”

The three awards place Najjar RAQWA Q2 among the recognized innovations shaping the international coffee industry. They also demonstrate how Lebanese products can translate local coffee culture into innovation with global relevance. For Café Najjar, the achievement connects three elements: Lebanese heritage, technological innovation and international recognition. It further supports the company’s ambition to position Lebanese coffee as a global trend. The recognition ultimately represents more than a product achievement. It reflects the potential of Lebanese innovation to reach international markets while carrying the country’s coffee culture onto the global stage.
