Preparing hot chocolate with marshmallows:

Step 1 Pour the milk into a pot, add the sugar and vanilla and heat until the milk is hot but does not form a skin (you can stir it in the meantime).

A kitchen whisk with a wooden handle and a mint-colored tip may come in handy.

Step 2: Add all the chocolate pieces to the hot milk, turn the heat down to low, and heat, stirring gently, until the chocolate is incorporated into the milk. Heat for about 3-5 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken slightly. * If you prefer your chocolate to be sweeter, substitute 1-2 squares of dark chocolate for milk chocolate.

Step 3 Pour the hot chocolate into your favorite mug, add marshmallows, and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Done .
