My friends couldn't believe I made chocolate mousse with soy milk: a light and super delicious alternative that no one can resist

I absolutely have to tell you about the chocolate mousse I made recently: it's so luscious and delicious, yet incredibly light and low in calories, it's a gem!

I assure you that there is no sacrifice in this delight which, among other things, is also perfect for those who are lactose intolerant.

The soy milk gives the mousse a creamy and velvety texture, while the chocolate provides that bold and irresistible flavor that literally drives us crazy, the perfect combination of sweetness and lightness.

Just a few simple ingredients and here is your genuine, extra delicious and chocolatey mousse ready to be enjoyed.

I made it for the first time the other day, when I had friends over for dinner. They couldn't believe it was a light version; they looked surprised when I told them it was made with soy milk and so low in calories, you can't imagine. It's amazing how you can enjoy such a delicious and satisfying dessert without feeling guilty! So, if you want to impress your friends or family with a light yet super indulgent dessert, chocolate mousse with soy milk is definitely the perfect choice. I assure you, they won't be disappointed!

Ingredients 500 ml unsweetened soy milk.

200g of extra dark bitter chocolate

120 g of sugar

12 grams of agar agar

Preparation of light chocolate mousse

To make this delicious chocolate mousse, start by finely chopping the chocolate: be sure to use high-quality chocolate to obtain a creamy and flavorful mousse. Then, in a small saucepan, melt the chopped chocolate with a little unsweetened soy milk, dispensed from the total amount indicated in the recipe.

Once the chocolate is completely melted, add the remaining soy milk and sugar. Stir well and bring to a boil. Once the mixture reaches a boil, add the agar agar and continue stirring for at least 2-3 minutes, to ensure it has completely dissolved.

Pour the mousse into small bowls or glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until it solidifies and reaches the desired consistency. You can garnish the mousse with fresh fruit, chocolate shavings, or non-dairy whipped cream: your light and delicious dessert is ready!
