Bulgarian focaccia recipe

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • Bulgarian-style yogurts
  • bread dough
  • the bell pepper
  • vanilla
  • orange zest
  • citrus marmalade
  • exotic fruits (pineapple, mangoes, kiwi, lychee)
Method · 20 min
  1. Bulgarian-style focaccia: Incorporate Bulgarian-style yogurt into the bread dough. Sprinkle with paprika. Let rise on the magical black cloths.
  2. Orange vanilla savarin: Prepare the syrup enriched with vanilla and orange zest. Top with citrus marmalade.
  3. When serving, fill the center with exotic fruits and play with the colors.
  4. Serve with a spiced (chili) chocolate emulsion made with a siphon.
