“Forgotten” dough with kefir
I'd like to share a recipe for a convenient dough. It's like regular yeast dough, but it has a big advantage: you can make it the night before, refrigerate it, and forget about it until morning.
Let's prepare the ingredients for the "Forgotten" dough with kefir.
Pour yeast and sugar into a bowl with warm kefir.
After about 10 minutes the yeast will start to work.
Now add vegetable oil, eggs and salt. Mix well.
Add flour in portions and knead the dough until it sticks slightly to your hands.
Place the dough in a spacious bowl, cover with cling film, put it in the refrigerator and forget about it until the morning.
This risen dough is what we take out of the refrigerator in the morning.
Sprinkle a small amount of flour on the work surface, lay out the dough, and knead it. The "forgotten" kefir dough is ready.
Now you can start shaping the products. I baked the cherry pies in the oven, and fried the potato and mushroom pies in a frying pan.
