Baked protein dessert with fruit

A simple baked dessert full of protein, without refined sugar. Contains complex carbohydrates from the flakes, so it will keep you full for longer. Treat yourself to it as a light dessert after lunch or as a nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g oatmeal
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 handful of fruit to taste
  • For decoration:
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese
  • Dutch cocoa
Method · 40 min
  1. Add eggs, oatmeal, cottage cheese, honey, baking powder, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend everything until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with fruit.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
  5. After baking, spread low-fat cottage cheese on top and sprinkle the dessert with cocoa.
