You can make it anytime and it could be a fabulous idea for an irresistible end to a meal.

As mentioned, it's very quick to make, and I guarantee you'll just have to follow the recipe step by step to get a perfect result. All the deliciousness of white chocolate will blend with the unmistakable flavor of peanuts—you can just imagine how delicious it is.

No need to go on any further, let's jump right into the recipe listed below and I guarantee that if followed step by step, it will be impeccable and you can be sure it will be a huge success for adults and children alike.

Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 3/4 minutes Waiting time: 2/3 hours.

Ingredients for approximately 1 kg of nougat.

  • 800 g white chocolate
  • 110 g hazelnut butter
  • 180 g white chocolate spread
  • 350 g shelled peanuts

Making White Chocolate and Peanut Torrone

To make this delicious recipe, first, roughly chop the white chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie or, better yet, in the microwave. Let it cool, stirring occasionally.

Once it is lukewarm enough, add the hazelnut butter and the white chocolate cream (found in the link above) to the chocolate and mix until the mixture becomes smooth, then add the whole shelled peanuts and continue mixing.

Line a mold (such as a plum cake mold) with some baking paper and pour the mixture into it. Level the surface and tap lightly on the base to prevent any air bubbles from remaining inside.

Then place the nougat in the freezer and let it set for at least 2-3 hours before enjoying it. After that, you can refrigerate it until ready to enjoy. Voila, the recipe is complete. It couldn't be simpler, and I guarantee it will be a real success. Enjoy!
