Vegan coconut-filled chocolates

Vegan coconut-filled chocolates

Today we're introducing you to some fantastic and easy-to-make treats that everyone can enjoy, even those who choose not to eat animal products or their derivatives. We're talking about vegan coconut-filled chocolates. These sweet treats are easy to make and everyone loves them, young and old alike.

You'll only need three ingredients, all low to very low cost, to make these eye-catching and irresistible treats. You can serve them to family and friends or enjoy them yourself with friends for a delicious 5:00 PM snack while sipping tea, hot or iced, to suit your taste.

They're also perfect as a treat to offer and enjoy during the most stressful moments of the day, giving yourself a simple but tasty energy boost. You can also serve them to the little ones at home for an alternative and flavorful mid-afternoon break. The suggestion is always the same: serve these sweets with slices of fresh bread or a croissant. Children can choose whether to enjoy the sweets in bites with a slice of bread or enjoy one or two, tucking one into a croissant. You can complete this snack with a delicious homemade fruit juice or freshly squeezed juice.

It only takes a few minutes to make these little treats, and before long, you'll see them disappear from the serving dish. The important thing, however, is to remember to calculate the timing carefully: these sweets need time in the freezer to firm up before being served.

Done in: just a few minutes

Cooking time: a few minutes

Resting time: the time needed for it to firm up. In the freezer.

  • 4-5 tablespoons of agave syrup

Vegan coconut-filled chocolates, procedure

Melt the chocolate over low heat in a small saucepan and pour a little into the molds to create the bases. Blend the dried coconut with the agave syrup in a food processor until smooth. Form small balls of the mixture into each mold and place them on top of the base.

Cover everything with the remaining melted chocolate and let it harden in the freezer for the required amount of time. Once the resting time is complete, unmold the cakes and serve 30 minutes after removing them from the freezer.
