75 g of butter

10 ml of organic Moro orange juice

25 g of icing sugar

125 g of leftover panettone

50 g of chopped hazelnuts

powdered sugar to finish

Chocolate panettone salami, procedure

In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar. Stir in the orange juice, followed by the cooled melted chocolate, dried fruit, and chopped panettone.

Carefully mix all the ingredients until smooth. Shape the dough into a salami, wrap it in parchment paper, and refrigerate for at least an hour. Once chilled, dust the salami with powdered sugar and serve.
