These ready-to-use, yeast-free cookies are exceptional! They're not only light because they're oil- and butter-free, they're also yeast-free, so they're ready in a flash.

Cooking: oven, 180° for 15 minutes.

  • a kitchen mixer
  • a spoon
  • a baking tray
  • baking paper
  • a knife
  • Ingredients
  • 50 g of granulated sugar + more for sprinkling
  • 7 and a half tablespoons of cake flour
  • 2 pinches of baking soda
  • hazelnut kernels to taste
  • 50 g of organic egg
  • a drizzle of water if needed

Ready-to-use yeast-free biscuits, procedure

In a blender, blend the flour, egg, sugar, baking soda, and a splash of water if necessary. Add the hazelnuts, blend a little more, and transfer the smooth dough to a work surface. Use your hands to shape it into a loaf, then cut it into slices about 1 cm thick.

Place the shapes you created at the right distance from each other on a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle them with sugar and bake at 180° for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
