In just 8 minutes you'll prepare the dough, then you'll have to wait for the baking times in the oven and then you can taste this delicacy.
- 3 eggs
- 130 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 50 g potato starch
- 50 ml seed oil
- 1 pot of plain yogurt
- 80 ml milk
- 3 apples apple jam to taste grated zest of a lemon
- 1 sachet of baking powder almond flakes to taste
Grandma's cake recipe
To prepare this grandmother's cake with a special filling, start by sifting the flour and potato starch and setting it aside. Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer for several minutes, until the mixture is smooth and pale. Add the flour and starch by spoonfuls, alternating with the milk.
Then add the yogurt and seed oil, and finally the baking powder and grated lemon zest. Now transfer just half of the resulting batter to a greased cake pan.
Add the apple jam and diced apples, cover with the remaining mixture, add the almond flakes and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
