Homemade granola recipe: puffed rice and dried fruit

- 60g of oat flakes
- 50g of puffed brown rice (unsweetened)
- 30g of barley flakes
- 50g of shelled pistachios
- 20g of hulled sunflower seeds
- 40g of dried cranberries
- 100 g maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of oil (with a neutral taste)

- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- In a saucepan, heat the maple syrup until it is less syrupy.
- In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients (except the cranberries), add the maple syrup and oil. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally (about every 10-12 minutes).
- Remove the golden and dry mixture from the oven, let it cool before adding the cranberries.
- Store the granola in an airtight jar.
