Ingredients

  • 100 flour
  • 70 g butter
  • 2 of these
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 80 g torrone

Leftover nougat cookies: a great recipe for recycling.

First, break up the dark chocolate and mix it with the butter in a bowl. Melt it in a double boiler or microwave and stir well. Beat the eggs with the salt and brown sugar until well combined. Add this second mixture to the chocolate mixture and combine.

Gradually add the flour and chopped nougat to the mixture. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the mixture in and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes. Be careful, the center of the cookies should be soft. Cut the cookies into squares with a knife and enjoy.
