Ingredients · Servings 3-4 people
- 250 g of your favorite pasta
- a bunch of green asparagus
- 1 red onion
- 150 g of steamed bacon
- 25-30 dkg of mushrooms
- 200 ml of cream 30%
- 60 g gorgonzoli
- sun
- pepper
- oil
Method · 30 min
- Wash the asparagus, remove the woody ends, and chop into pieces. Chop the onion and bacon and sauté in a little oil (the bacon fat will render). Slice the mushrooms and add them to the bacon and onion. Finally, add the asparagus and sauté until the vegetables are golden brown and tender.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, add the Gorgonzola and cream and stir until the sauce thickens. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste. Toss the sauce with the previously cooked (preferably al dente) pasta.
