Tomato - to taste

Greens (parsley, dill, basil) - 1 bunch.

Garlic (large) - 5 cloves

Salt (1 tbsp) - 20 g

Allspice - 8 pcs

Vinegar essence - 1 tsp.

Recipe for "Armenian Tomatoes":

Prepare the ingredients. It's best to use medium-sized tomatoes, like the "Slivka" variety. The salt/sugar/vinegar calculation is based on a 2-liter batch.

Soak the greens in cold water for 10 minutes, adding 1 tablespoon of salt per 2 liters of water. Then rinse under running water and pat dry. Chop finely and mix.

Wash the tomatoes.

Peel the garlic. Cut a cross into the tomatoes, 3/4 of the way down the stem end.

Pour boiling water over it for 5 minutes, then drain the water.

Chop garlic into clean jars and add allspice.

Stuff the tomatoes with chopped herbs and place in jars.

Pour boiling water over, cover with boiled lids, for 15 minutes.

Drain the liquid, add salt, sugar, bring to a boil, pour in vinegar essence, remove from heat.

Pour the hot marinade over the tomatoes, roll up, and cool "under a fur coat".

Winter won't take us by surprise!
