  • a washer
  • a bowl

  • Ingredients
  • half a tablespoon of low-fat, defatted cocoa powder
  • 5 and a half tablespoons of cake flour
  • 100 ml of panna
  • frying oil to taste
  • orange-flavored icing sugar

Chocolate chiacchiere, procedure

Mix the flour and cocoa in a bowl, then fold in the cream. Finish kneading the dough on a floured work surface until it forms a smooth ball. Divide each piece into equal parts, then roll out the dough into thin sheets. Cut into equal-sized rectangles, making a slit in the center.

Fry the chiacchiere in a nonstick pan with hot oil, turning them halfway through. After the required cooking time, drain them and let them rest for a few moments on paper towels before dusting them with powdered sugar.
