Spicy and simple turkey meat

Ingredients · Servings 4
  • 600 g crushed dough
  • 200 g of good bacon
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 balls of allspice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • oil
  • butter
Method · 1 h 15 min
  1. Heat a little oil in a saucepan. Fry the sliced ​​turkey meat quickly on both sides. Remove to the side.
  2. Add the chopped bacon, then the onion cut into strips. Add the allspice balls. Let it fry.
  3. Then return the browned meat, salt it and simmer over low heat for at least 1 hour, covered with a lid.
  4. Let it bubble a little in its own juice, stir occasionally, and you'll get a spicy juice.
  5. At the end of stewing, just add a knob of butter to soften it and you can serve.
