Grape wine marmalade

Grape wine marmalade

If we have a garden or if we have a large amount of fruit in the summer, it is a good idea to preserve it for later. Cooking jams has a long tradition in our country. Using various gelling agents will make our job as easy as possible.

Ingredients · Servings 1 dose
  • 1 liter of pressed grape juice
  • 1 kg of cane sugar
  • 1 Gelfix 2:1
Method · 30 min
  1. Wash and stem the grapes. If you have a juicer, separate the juice from the pulp. If you don't have one, blend the grapes and pass them through a strainer.
  2. You can combine the fruits in different ways according to your taste. Then continue according to the instructions on Gelfix.
  3. Fill dry, clean jars with the hot jam. Wipe the necks well and seal. Turn the jars upside down and let them cool.
