Preparation of the Apricot Cake
Let's start by preparing the shortcrust pastry: Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and even. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a baking sheet. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
