- 180 g sugar
- 150 ml milk
- 150 g butter
- 200 g flour
- 100 g potato starch
- 60 g bitter cocoa

Chocolate muffin procedure
To prepare these chocolate muffins, start by placing the eggs in a bowl, mixing with an electric whisk, then adding the sugar and continuing to mix.
Add the melted butter, milk, and sifted cocoa powder and continue mixing with an electric mixer. Gradually add the sifted flour and starch, then add the baking powder and chocolate chips. Continue mixing until well combined.
Take a muffin pan, place the paper liners inside and pour in the resulting mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Once baked, turn off the oven, but if you want to be sure they're done, do the toothpick test (click here to avoid mistakes). Serve the muffins on a cake stand and enjoy.
