Quick yeast dough with water for pies

Quick yeast dough with water for pies

Here are the ingredients for yeast dough for pies (see photo)

In a container, combine 60 g of sifted flour, yeast and sugar, stir.

Add all the warm water, stir, cover with a napkin and put in a warm place for 15 minutes.

After the allotted time, pour oil and salt into the yeast mixture, which has increased in volume, and mix carefully.

Gradually add flour and begin kneading the dough, first in the bowl. Then turn it out onto a floured surface and continue kneading. Knead until the dough begins to release easily from your hands and the surface.

Grease a bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil, place the dough in it, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.

During this time, the dough will rise very well. It's very soft, elastic, and doesn't tear easily, so it can be rolled out thinly. The pies pinch easily when shaping and don't open up during baking.

The quick yeast dough for water-based pies is ready. Place it on the counter and begin baking. Let the pies rise for about 15 minutes before baking.

I bake the pies in an electric oven at 180 degrees (depending on your oven) on the middle rack, top-bottom mode for 15-20 minutes (until golden brown).
