Strawberry Crumble Muffins: Fragrant and with a crunchy surface that will delight everyone

Find out how to prepare these muffins by following our recipe, you'll realize it won't take you a lot of time.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 240 g of flour
  • 100 g of butter
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 150 g of strawberries
  • a sachet of vanilla
  • 8 g of baking powder

Procedure

To prepare these delicious desserts, start by washing the strawberries, removing the stems, and dicing them after patting them dry with paper towels. Instead of preparing the batter as usual, simply work it with your hands until it becomes a grainy mixture. In a bowl, combine the eggs, sifted flour, diced butter, baking powder (the cakes can rise without baking powder), and sugar. Mix well until the mixture becomes grainy.

Now take a bit of batter and put it in the muffin cups, press down and top with some strawberries, then cover with the remaining batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, remove from the oven, and serve.

Enjoy your break or breakfast!
