A heavenly, delicious cake. Each piece literally melts in your mouth

If you'd like to try a new version of peach cheesecake, check out our recipe based on Greek yogurt. It's really easy to make, see for yourself!

Ingredients · Servings 5-6 people
  • 350 g of wheat flour type 450
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 700 g Greek yogurt
  • 160 g sugar
  • 2 packages of vanilla pudding
  • 250 g peaches in brine
  • 3 egg whites
  • a pinch of salt
Method · 2 h
  1. Combine the flour, powdered sugar, and baking powder in a bowl and mix. Lightly season the dry ingredients with salt. Add the chopped butter, straight from the refrigerator. Add 3 egg yolks. Knead vigorously until thoroughly combined. Then form a ball and divide it into 2 parts: 1/3 and 2/3. Place the smaller part in a plastic bag and refrigerate. Roll out the remaining dough and place evenly on the bottom of a baking pan lined with baking paper. Prick the bottom with a fork. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and bake the base for about 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  2. Now prepare the filling. Drain the peaches and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Arrange them on the baked crust.
  3. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar, continuing to beat. The ingredients should combine and the sugar should dissolve. The peaks will be thick, stiff, and glossy. Then pour in the pudding mixture and mix briefly.
  4. Gradually add the Greek yogurt and gently fold it into the mixture using a spoon. Pour the mixture over the prepared crust and peaches. Remove the remaining dough from the refrigerator and grate it onto the top of the cake.
  5. Place the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 40-50 minutes.
