Cinnamon cheesecake with apples 🍎
If autumn had a flavor, for me it would definitely taste of apples and cinnamon! 🍎🤎 This cheesecake combines all the best things about autumn baking: a creamy, creamy cheesecake base, aromatic cinnamon swirls, and delicately caramelized apples on top.

How to make a cheesecake base with cookies?
Step 1 Place the cookies and nuts in a food processor. Add the softened butter.
Step 2 Finely mix the cookies and pecans with soft butter.
Step 3 Line the bottom of a 24 cm springform pan with baking paper. Place the prepared base in an oven preheated to 170°C.
Step 4 Bake for about 15 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Cream cheese filling
Step 5: Place Piątnica cream cheese in a bowl, add caster sugar and vanilla extract. Mix briefly until combined.
Step 6 Add the eggs one at a time, mixing briefly at low speed each time, just until combined. This will prevent excessive aeration of the cheese mixture.
Cinnamon filling
Step 7: Melt the butter and set aside to cool slightly. Add the brown sugar, all-purpose flour, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly until a thick, uniform cinnamon filling forms.
Step 8 Place the cinnamon blobs on the surface with a spoon and then spread them with a stick, creating uneven shapes.
Step 9 Bake at 160°C for 55 minutes, then reduce to 140°C and bake for a further 15 minutes.

Step 10 Wash and peel the apples.
Step 11 Cut it into small cubes.
Step 12 Melt the butter with the sugar and cinnamon in a pan.
Step 13: Add the apples and roast them in a pan until soft but still firm. Thicken with a little cornstarch mixed with water.
