Quick blondie with caramel chocolate

Quick blondie with caramel chocolate

The eternal "brunette or blonde" debate has also spilled over into the kitchen 😁 Next to the moist, chocolate brownie, the lighter version, the blondie, also competes. Classically prepared with white chocolate, which in my recipe gives way to caramel notes. How did it turn out? Delicious!

Brown sugar perfectly enhances the caramel flavor of the chocolate and gives the cake a beautiful color. This caramel blondie is delightfully moist and disappears in a flash. I used chocolate chips in this recipe, which melts during baking, releasing notes of toffee with a touch of salt. A true treat for caramel chocolate lovers!

The recipe was created as part of an advertising collaboration with the brands: Callebaut, Dr. Oetker and Piątnica.
