Triple chocolate puff pastry rolls

Triple chocolate puff pastry rolls

Today we're introducing you to some crumbly and delicious treats. We're talking about Triple Chocolate Puff Pastry Rolls. Super easy to make and ready in just a few minutes, these treats are a hit with everyone, young and old alike.

Invitingly dusted with powdered sugar, these might look like ordinary puff pastry rolls. Wrong! In fact, while plain on the outside, these little treats contain a mouth-watering three-chocolate filling inside! From the first bite, they'll win you over with their fragrance and their incredible, hidden chocolate filling: a central stripe of dark chocolate surrounded by two strips of milk chocolate and two of white chocolate.

With little effort and just a few inexpensive ingredients, you can make delicious sweet treats that your children, and adults too, will remember for a long time thanks to their incredible goodness.

High in sugar, they're ideal for a delicious and revitalizing snack. Everyone loves them, in fact, they'll be gone in no time! They're perfect for an energy-packed break for your kids while they're busy studying.

The advice is always the same: if you're making them for kids or children, serve them a few hours after dinner so that the kids have plenty of time to burn off energy and go to bed at their usual time.

Triple chocolate puff pastry rolls, procedure

Melt the dark, milk, and white chocolate chips in a double boiler and let them cool. Roll out the two puff pastry rolls, cut each into four equal strips, and spread the center of each with dark chocolate, then decorate the edges with milk chocolate and then white chocolate. Roll each strip up and shape it into 8 swirls. Arrange them, spaced evenly apart, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 100°C (212°F) for 25-30 minutes. Once the required time has passed, remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool before dusting them with powdered sugar to taste.
